Meet the MTG Girls

Hello. I’m Marion Kahindi from Ganze. I’m a peer educator for Moving the Goalposts. I’m proud to be in this organization because I have had many benefits, especially computer training. I have build my self confidence through peer education and I’ve got exposure by visiting different places. I hope to achieve more and reach greater heights through this wonderful organization.

My name is Evelyn Runya. I come from Kilifi. I’m a volunteer at MTG. I want to become a TV presenter and I like music very much. I joined MTG when I was very small, in class 4. I have a lot of friends at MTG. We learn leadership training, coach training, strategic planning and how to eliminate child labour. When I joined secondary school I stepped out of MTG, I did not return till I completed my course. Now I’m back and I will be here till my further studies.

I’m 21 years old and I dream of being a journalist in the future. In MTG, I’ve learned a lot about the internet. I’m going to empower more girls by teaching them how to use the internet.
